We met Lori at an Open House at one of her listings. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the neighbourhood and the market. We were looking to move to Mount Royal and as a resident herself, she the inside track on what were the best locations, what were good deals and who many of the neighbours were.

Lori's can-do attitude was also impressive. Prior to listing our house, we needed a few little jobs done to get our home ready. She came over with her toolbox and supplied. Lori changed broken switch plates and repaired dings in our drywall. The listing process was very smooth, we agreed upon a fair listing price for the house and we had a great offer in no time.

After we found the perfect house in Mount Royal, the sellers did not leave it in the best condition, so Lori arranged for a professional cleaning company to clean the house for us. She met us on move-in day and we were greeted with a spotless house and a d bottle of champagne. Later that day, dinner was delivered to us. She thinks of everything!
